The service
ResumeChat helps users prepare and tailor résumés. Match scores and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees that an applicant-tracking system will assign the same score or that a user will receive an interview or job offer.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every generated résumé and ensuring that all statements are truthful, accurate, lawful, and appropriate before submitting it. Do not confirm or add skills, experience, credentials, achievements, or metrics you cannot verify.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access or usage controls, probe other users' data, upload malicious files, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Paid features, prices, and usage allowances are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Unless required by applicable law, access already delivered during a billing period is not automatically refundable.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or discontinue features. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change.
